- Ms. Collins has a pure passion and love for what she does. The more she grew in her field the greater her passion became to contribute to her mostly rural community as there has always been an ongoing need for primary care in the home, more specifically the under-served population of geriatric. She further finds success in the provided mentoring opportunities she has provided for numerous NP and RN students focusing on the unique challenges the geriatric population and their families face obtaining quality healthcare. Ms. Collins is an adjunct professor at Cleveland State Community College for the RN nursing program. She is excited that AT HOME PRIMARY CARE, INC. has met their goal to provide quality medical care to older adults that CANNOT OR DO NOT want to leave home for their medical care.
