I’m Anne Stephen, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 27 years of experience in various nursing roles. My passion is providing high-quality, compassionate care in a way that makes my patients feel safe and supported. I offer telehealth services for clients seeking help with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, and panic attacks.

Through my virtual practice, I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy tailored to each individual’s needs. My treatment philosophy centers on creating a safe and supportive environment, allowing clients to explore their emotions and develop a personalized plan. I use person-centered and emotionally focused therapies, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches, to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
