  • Can acupuncture help varicose veins?

Hello, my name is Nara. I’m a member of Dr. Hammoud’s team of vein specialists. We recommend only FDA-approved treatment for varicose veins, performed by board-certified vein doctors. Acupuncture has not been proven to aid in the removal or treatment of varicose veins. Varicose Veins are an external sign of a medical condition known as vein disease, which is progressive in nature, meaning it will worsen over time if left untreated. Vein treatment options vary from 100 non-invasive (for spider veins) to minimally-invasive (for spider and varicose veins), and can be completed in 30 minutes in our vein clinics. All of our treatments are FDA-approved, and our doctors are highly trained in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency (a symptom of which is varicose veins). We’re happy to help you find solutions. To book your free consultation, call 866-831-9522 or visit our website at www.metroveincenters.com. READ MORE
