Educated in India, Dr. Chhibber graduated with her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College. She then relocated to the United States, performing her internship and residency in family medicine at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital. She also completed her fellowship in geriatric medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

Attaining Diplomate status, she is board-certified in family medicine & hospice and palliative medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.

Offering compassionate care focused on prevention, Dr. Chhibber is affiliated with Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center, Houston Methodist West Hospital, and West Houston Medical Center.

Her clinical interests include gynecological procedures, allergic rhinitis, Alzheimer’s disease, amenorrhea, anemia, angioedema, anxiety, arthritis, asthma, and bone spurs.

Since 2010, Dr. Chhibber has been serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine at the John P. and Kathrine G. McGovern Medical School at UTHealth.

In addition to being a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP), Dr. Chhibber is an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, the Texas Medical Association, and the Harris County Medical Society.
