    Hi there, I am sorry you are in pain! Could this be an occult injury? Possibly. You haven't mentioned whether or not you have a temperature, or bouts of off/on fever and this ongoing pain. However....my recommended first step... Pls, ask your physician to rule out Hodgkin Lymphoma as the cause of the pain/swelling.
