What medications help with allergic rhinitis?
For those who have allergic rhinitis, the best are the 2nd generation antihistamines which are non-drowsy. Most effective would be loratadine (Claritin), fexofenadine (Allegra), and Zyrtec (Cetirizine). These are tablets that can be taken usually once daily to prevent nasal discharge.
