Hard to give a short answer for this. What is it that gives you the attack about flying, is it a certain aspect of flying? I would say doing some regular practice of learning to calm yourself, self soothe. Some sort of meditation strategy, breathing exercises to help your nervous system calm down. Nerves are tricky. Nerve regeneration is a very slow process, there are a lot of different things that can irritate nerves and cause damage. Depending on what is causing the damage/ nerve irritation is important case by case. Short answer, is it is possible to fix it, but not always. Very situational. READ MORE

Prophylactic acupuncture can help to prevent typical allergy symptoms such as runny nose, clogged sinuses, and itchy eyes. For example, if you get allergies in the Spring, start getting weekly acupuncture treatments a month or two in advance. When can I fly after acupuncture treatment?
I would just suggest staying well hydrated before and after an acupuncture treatment. Flying is not contraindicated with acupuncture so it is more than fine. I would inform your practitioner ahead of time just so they are aware. Sometimes treatments can be a little more intense or aggressive depending on the practitioner and the patient needs. Always a good idea to have good communication and inform your acupuncturist and/or any other practitioner of these things to avoid potential hazards and such!:) READ MORE
