Dr. Abdalla is a Board certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) with fellowship training and a long experience in Interventional Pain Management procedures using advanced and traditional soluations in treating Spine, Joints, Tendons, Bursae, Nerves & Muscles painful conditions as well as School Sports injuries. Dr. Abdalla had his initial medical education at Cairo University in Egypt. He finished General Surgery internship at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, MA. He then completed Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, followed by a fellowship training in Interventional Pain, EMG & Musculoskeletal Medicine at New York University in Manhattan, NY. He also had training electives at Harvard-Spaulding Rehab hospital and University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Abdalla then had a vast variety of experience in different Health Care systems like Veterans Affairs, Community and Private sectors in different states. He also volunteered in community social and local sports events. Dr. Abdalla eventually decided to reside and practise in Fresno to share California Central Valley patients with his expertise in Pain Management & Wellness.
