Hello-I'm a master's degreed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 20+ years experience. I successfully work with clients experiencing anxiety and/or depression when dealing with life issues such as: loneliness, relationship struggles or breakups, new to dating or having difficulties with dating, family interferences or estrangements, co-worker or “bad boss” challenges, family conflicts related to finances and/or spending addictions, women's issues etc. I offer Telehealth online video counseling-its easy! Other areas I consider myself an expert in are working with: adult children with aging parents, caregiver fatigue, persistent worries/negative thinking, chronic illness, guilt or grief/loss experiences, dealing w/ difficult behaviors/dementia and navigating thru life transitions.
