As a Board Member he oversees the services, finances, facility management, and staff through the support of the management companies. In September of 2017, he was elected and accepted the role of Secretary of the Board of Trustees at Our Lady of Guadalupe Adult Independent Living Facility.
Graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1975, Terrence went on to complete a 1-year post-graduate pediatric internship. He then furthered his education by earning a Master of Public Health Degree in Population, Family and International Health from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health in 1978.
A versatile pediatric healthcare professional with more than 40 years of experience, Terrence served as a Healthcare Consultant for Centennial Mortgage, Inc. (January 2000 – April 2022), Program Specialist of the Newborn Screening Area Service Center at LA Biomedical Institute at Harbor UCLA Medical Center (2006 – 2014), Physician Associate/Office Manager at Newport Children’s Medical Group (January 2004 – July 2005), Physician Associate/Per Diem at Kaiser Permanente (July 1995 – January 2004), Clinical Professor/Physician Associate within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of California Irvine Medical Center (September 1980 – November 1999), and as a Physician Associate at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Grant for Regionalization of Perinatal Care (January 1976 – September 1980).
