Fibroids, also known as uterine leiomyomas, are a common yet often overlooked women's health issue that affects millions of women worldwide. • Cyst on vagina

Without knowing where this cyst is on your vagina, I would recommend you contact your regular obstetrical care provider for attention right away. If your symptoms are worsening and it is affecting your ability to function you need to be seen, especially since you are pregnant. There are a couple of conditions that affect that area that could potentially be treated with sitz baths and observation but it sounds like you have progressed beyond that point and you haven't given me enough information to assume that. I believe the best thing for you to do is contact your provider. READ MORE

  • Is this a lump or, a cyst on my vulva?

It is very likely a cholesterol plaque. I suspect you have elevated cholesterol or hyperlipidemia. If you have a PCP (primary care phyisician), I would discuss ways of addressing your overall health status. This does not need to be removed. It does not appear to be related to cancer. it will not drain any thing. If you want to have your gyn look at it to confirm for a second opinion you should absolutely do that. If you don't have a PCP, I highly recommend that you find one and follow up. READ MORE

  • Birth control patch

If you mean you waited a week after you period was finished and then put the patch on there are a couple things to consider. Not only is it possible that your period may be off but it is possible that if you have unprotected sex this month that your 97+% protection you were offered by the patch is no longer there. Please use extra protection (condoms) if you are having sex with men because the effectiveness of the patch is off this month. It is very important to the use the contraception as prescribed to maintain its effectiveness and keep your periods on track. READ MORE

  • Pregnancy symptoms?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! What you're describing sounds like gas. I wouldn't use words like hypochondriac though. I would recommend you follow up your health care provider regularly, increase your water intake to 80-100 oz daily, decrease caffeine and sugar intake and make sure you are eating a healthy diet that includes whole foods like fruits and vegetables, adequate amount of protein and whole grains.
