About

I am a licensed professional counselor with 17 years of experience. Way back then, I believe I was born curious. At any given time, I find myself pondering the 'why' of something. This curiosity led me to want to understand why people do the things they do and why they think the things they think. It guided me to a career I love: being a therapist.

In the profession I've chosen, my specialties are couples and trauma. I also employ a compassionate yet evidence-based approach to help you achieve the goals that matter most to you. My clients say I am easy to talk to, and my sense of humor makes therapy a little easier during the 'hard' moments.

I understand that the problems you bring to me are significant to you, and I will treat them with the importance they deserve. I honor that you are ready to explore what healing might feel like. We will go at your pace because what matters to you matters to me.
