  • How to fix our marriage and prevent divorce?

Hello there, I am sorry to hear of your current situation. However, it does not mean it needs to stay in the current situation. I would try to see if your wife would be interested in trying out marriage counseling. It may be a good and safe way for both of you to talk openly about how you feel about your marriage and what needs to be worked on. If you have tried marriage counseling in the past and it hasn't seemed to work before, I wouldn't give up on it just yet, sometimes you need to 'shop' around until you find a therapist right for you and your wife. Another thing I would try is just setting out time for just the two of you, and just trying to talk and figure out how this can be prevented and the marriage can be fixed. As long as you both are willing to keep an open mind and are committed to doing the work, it can at least get you started on the right path. Wishing you nothing but the best of luck. READ MORE

  • How effective is marriage counseling?

Marriage Counseling can be a great option to explore, HOWEVER, only if you both want to do it. If your husband is unwilling to try marriage counseling, possibly try sitting down with him. Try to communicate in a way that he does not feel as though he is being attacked, and just try to express how certain actions in your marriage are making you feel and how you would like to fix them. Wishing you nothing but the best. READ MORE
