Hello, The problem with insomnia is that many different things can cause or contribute to it. I like to get to the root of the issues. ie: life stressors, chronic pain, nightmares, stimulates (soda, coffee, alcohol) .I have patients that have insomnia because they hate their jobs and feel as soon as they go to sleep, they have to go back.
