Hello, All you need to do is drink plenty of fluid to soften your bowel. Drink hot coffee as it sometimes help to relieve constipation, if you drink coffee. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, this make your stool soft. There is a juice called prune juice that also help relieve constipation, if you can purchase it. Sometimes people use epsom salt bought over the counter to help induce a bowel movement. The only thing you need to watch out for this is that you need to hydrate a lot when you use it and also it can cause abdominal cramps. Hope this is helpful. READ MORE
