Continuum Outpatient Center is a Texas-based mental health and substance abuse program for adults (18 and older) to come for Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP).
Our curriculum is designed to help patients overcome past trauma, prevent relapse, heal in their relationships, and learn skills to enhance in their lives.
Continuum Outpatient Center is a safe place for the community and creating new healthy habits. We provide an individualized approach with our masters level clinicians while utilizing holistic and evidence based treatment modalities — such as incorporating MAT and trauma-focused therapies.
