A determined Certified Clinical Perfusionist, Mr. Abalo has been the driving force at Adjanou Perfusion Solutions, based in Omaha, Nebraska. His expertise in managing a wide range of mechanical life support systems has been instrumental in assisting cardiac surgeons and anesthesiologists during complex surgeries. His proficiency in regulating blood flow and temperature, coupled with his operation of the ECMO unit for patients with heart and lung failure, has been pivotal in saving countless lives.

Educated in the United States, his academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging and an Associate of Science in Radiology from Clarkson College. His dedication to continuous learning is evident in his pursuit of certifications, including being board-certified by the American Board of Cardiothoracic Perfusion Certification in 2019.

Continuously advancing his efforts, Mr. Abalo is an active member of esteemed organizations such as the National Society of Leadership and Success, the American Registry of Radiology Technologists, the American Society of Radiology Technologists, and the American Society of Extracorporeal Technology.

With a career spanning over a decade, he has demonstrated unparalleled skill and commitment in ensuring the success of critical surgical procedures. His journey in the field of perfusion solutions began in 2006 at Nebraska Medicine, where he excelled as a Certified Sterile Processing Associate. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality set him apart, leading to his certification as the first associate across the state of Nebraska. His passion for excellence shone through as he educated over a dozen new employees on the intricacies of the sterilization process, ensuring the highest standards were maintained.

In 2018, Mr. Abalo furthered his expertise by completing a Master of Perfusion Science at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. Armed with this advanced knowledge, he embarked on a new chapter at Southern Illinois Healthcare System as a Staff Perfusionist. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in utilizing the heart-lung machine in cardiac surgeries, working tirelessly to ensure optimal patient outcomes. His ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide innovative solutions in time-sensitive situations earned him accolades within the organization.

Beyond his professional achievements, he is driven by a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the world. He actively engages in youth development through soccer refereeing and seeks to contribute to his community through his nonprofit initiatives in Togo. He is fluent in both English and French.
