Including endocrine and colorectal as well as general surgery cases, he has assisted in over 5,000 surgical cases to date, including the implantation of the first gastric stimulator in New York State.

- Marc attributes his success to the unwaivering support of his family, including his wife and two bright children, and considers himself blessed that they have been willing to take on whatever adventures he pursues, and wherever they take them next.Marc also credits his family that includes a father who, as a former professional firefighter chief and EMS coordinator, trained paramedics for fire services in his youth. His mother was a longtime instructor in lifeguarding, really getting him his professional start in lifesaving, and active in coordinating volunteer services for the Red Cross.Hed like to thank his older brother for building his character and protecting him in his youth, and his sister and brother-in-law for their selfless support upon the relocation of his family to the area.
