Dr. Paige Huber, MD, a distinguished radiologist specializing in breast imaging, is making significant strides in the field of early breast cancer detection. Serving at the Self Regional Healthcare Cancer Center in Greenwood, South Carolina, she brings her expertise to the forefront of diagnosing breast abnormalities through image-guided biopsy techniques across various modalities.

Namely, Dr. Huber utilizes cutting-edge technologies such as 3D mammography, contrast mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI to provide accurate and timely diagnoses for her patients. Her meticulous approach and attention to detail have earned her a reputation as a trusted expert in the field of breast imaging.

With a rich educational background, Dr. Huber graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1991. She further honed her skills during her residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Alabama Medical Center from 1991 to 1995. 

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Huber remains at the forefront of her field, continuously updating her knowledge and skills. She is also an active member of several renowned medical associations, including the Society of Breast Imaging, the American College of Radiology, and the South Carolina Medical Association, advancing the field of breast imaging and raising awareness about early cancer detection.

Dr. Huber’s illustrious career is adorned with numerous accolades that speak to her exceptional talent and dedication. Beginning with her induction into Alpha Epsilon Delta and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society in 1985, she earned the Edward E. Towell Scientific Award and membership in Sigma Alpha Phi Honor Society in 1986. 

Dr. Huber was honored with the Edward E. Towell Organic Chemistry Award and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1987, while also being listed on the Highly Distinguished Faculty Honors List and receiving the College of Charleston Foundation Scholarship. That same year, she served as President of Phi Kappa Phi. Her achievements continued with the All American Scholar award in 1988 and Alpha Omega Alpha in 1989. 

In 1991, Dr. Huber held the role of Secretary/Treasurer and received both the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation and recognition as an Outstanding Young Woman of America. Most recently, she has been included in the Marquis Who's Who in America for 2023.

With her passion for excellence and innovative approach to patient care, Dr. Paige Huber continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of those she serves.
