Wichita Falls Counseling provides quality therapeutic services for a variety of issues, such as Christian counseling, EFT for marriage/family/parenting troubles, CBT for depressive/anxiety disorders, therapy for older teens (14-19 years of age), and many others. Everyone goes through difficult moments in their lives, and nobody can handle it all. My goal is to walk beside you through your grief and your triumphs, and arm you with the tools you need to conquer your present troubles and use in the future. In addition, as a registered nurse, I am acutely aware of the connections between the health of our bodies and minds, and take a holistic approach to ensure your overall wellness.
