Championing Excellence in Healthcare and Education

Brigitte K. Neuman, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant®, has joined the esteemed team at Child and Adolescent Center, P.C. in Southgate, Michigan. With a career spanning over two decades, Brigitte has established herself as a dedicated professional with a passion for healthcare and education.

Brigitte embarked on her career in healthcare in September 2000, serving as an Animal Care Practitioner/Veterinary Technician at Woodhaven Pet Hospital. Her responsibilities included patient assessment, surgical preparation, and inpatient care, showcasing her versatility and commitment to animal welfare.

Transitioning to the field of education, Brigitte demonstrated her instructional prowess as a Supplemental Instruction Leader at Eastern Michigan University from December 2003 to December 2004. Her commendable work in genetics instruction and study habit improvement laid the foundation for her future endeavors.

In April 2005, Brigitte ventured into the realm of quality assurance as a Laboratory Technician at Metrex, where she excelled in daily calibrations and chemical testing. Her transition to Kelly Scientific Resources in April 2007 marked a significant career progression, with Brigitte assuming roles as a Research and Development Scientist, contributing to projects for renowned companies like BASF and Rockwell Medical Technologies.

Brigitte’s tenure at Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories as a Quality Control Chemist from December 2007 to July 2009 underscored her meticulous approach to standardizing laboratory procedures and ensuring the integrity of raw materials and drug products. Subsequently, her role as a Quality/Compliance and Safety Supervisor at Reforma Group showcased her expertise in safety regulations and compliance, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted professional in the industry.

Brigitte’s teaching career began in February 2012 at Huntington Learning Center, where she tutored students in ACT preparation and biological sciences. Since June 2013, she has been a Tutor/Teacher at WyzAnt Tutoring, helping students of all ages improve in biology, chemistry, and math. 

Brigitte K. Neuman, with her diverse expertise across healthcare, education, and quality assurance, continues to inspire with her unwavering commitment to excellence. Her journey stands as a testament to her drive for continuous learning and her profound impact on the communities she serves.
