What sets him apart:

Dr. Kanawati has vast experience restoring functional esthetic smiles, especially for patients who have lost hope that anyone will be able to help them.  His success comes from his calming chairside manner and the lengths he will go to in order to provide the best possible care for his patients.  Dr. Kanawati focuses on listening and attending to patient concerns, creating unique treatment plans according to the specific needs and goals of each individual.  He treats everyone as if they were family.

Dr. Kanawati is part of the ClearChoice network, a company that uses evidence-based technology to continuously improve treatment and materials.  He currently maintains the most advanced techniques of replacing failing and/or missing teeth.

To create a customized and comprehensive prosthetic treatment plan to help patients look their best while restoring confidence and oral function.

Education:

Since completing dental school at West Virginia University (WVU) School of Dentistry, Dr. Kanawati has practiced within his specialty of advanced prosthodontics. After completing his prosthodontic residency at WVU School of Dentistry, he continued his involvement in dental implant education and research at WVU and at Case Western University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kanawati continues to educate his peers and prosthodontic residents as a guest lecturer.  

Most gratifying part of his work

The after surgery smile reveal is when the patient sees their new smile for the first time.  For Dr. Kanawati and his team, this is the most gratifying part of their day. The trust patients place in him allows him to create beautiful smiles that instills self confidence.
