Elizabeth (Liz) Talmage, a dedicated registered nurse, has assumed the vital role of Clinical Outcomes Manager at OhioHealth. With a strong foundation in clinical leadership, care environment management, and clinical outcomes management, she is committed to driving positive change and improving patient care within the healthcare system.

Having earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2008, Liz has cultivated a wealth of experience in nursing across diverse healthcare environments. Her journey began at Mount Carmel Health System, where she honed her skills from 2008 to 2010. Subsequently, she transitioned to a pivotal role within the Emergency Department at OhioHealth, where she provided critical care and triaged patients in a Level 1 Trauma Center from 2010 to 2017.

Elizabeth’s dedication to the nursing profession led her to Ohio Heart Group, Inc., where she made significant contributions from June 2020 to November 2021. Additionally, she shared her expertise as a freelance content contributor, developing educational material based on her nursing insights from February 2019 to February 2024. Most recently, Elizabeth served in the esteemed Emergency Department at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center-East Hospital, further enriching her diverse experience from June 2022 to February 2024.
