Board Certified Pediatrician Brings Expertise and Compassion to Philadelphia Community

Dr. Ina Hysko, a dedicated board certified general pediatrician, has recently become a valuable member of St. Christopher’s Pediatric Associates - Northeast Pediatrics. Situated within the renowned St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she brings a wealth of experience and a passion for providing top-notch care to her young patients.

A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. Hysko kickstarted her journey towards a medical career at Ursinus College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Neuroscience in 2015. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2021. Dr. Hysko further honed her skills during her residency at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center from June 2021 to June 2024.

As a testament to her commitment to excellence, Dr. Hysko is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics. In addition, she is an active member of prestigious medical organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatrics, Pennsylvania Chapter, the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians, the American Medical Association, and the American Osteopathic Association, staying informed on the latest advancements in pediatric medicine to ensure that her patients receive the highest quality of care.

Beyond her medical practice, Dr. Hysko finds joy in various activities such as reading, practicing yoga, and traveling. She values spending quality time with her family and friends, cherishing moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. 

In her commitment to supporting mental health, Dr. Hysko also serves as a Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line, offering a compassionate ear to texters navigating challenging situations ranging from relationship issues to feelings of hopelessness.
