A trusted psychologist with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Kelly is the Founder of Mind and Heart Coaching - a personalized coaching program that is goal-oriented, time-limited, and results-focused, developed individually for each client.

Academically, she began her illustrious career in 1977 at the University of Minnesota Center for Youth Development and Research, where her passion for child development flourished. She holds multiple Master's degrees in Psychology from New York University and Yeshiva University, as well as a PhD in Clinical Health Psychology from Yeshiva University. Her extensive training includes an APA internship in Child and Adolescent Psychology at the University of Minnesota Medical School and Clinics.

Throughout her career, Dr. Kelly has held prestigious fellowships, including those at the National Cancer Institute and the National Institute of Health in Psycho-Oncology and Neuropsychology. Her research has led to the development of innovative intervention programs for children with learning differences, autism, and developmental delays, making her a recognized leader in her field. 

An avid researcher, her clinical research experience spans eight years at New York Hospital's Department of Pediatrics, where she implemented multidisciplinary approaches to intervention and rehabilitation. Her impactful work has been featured on national platforms, including segments on Good Morning America, showcasing her commitment to improving the lives of children with special needs.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Kelly has served as an instructor of clinical medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Weill-Cornell Medical School, sharing her expertise with the next generation of healthcare professionals. Most recently, she was a founding board member of Autism After 21, a Boca Raton-based non-profit dedicated to providing support, education, and skills training for young adults with disabilities.
