  • Why do my muscles get so tight after I exercise?

When you stress muscles during a workout, it creates micro trauma that your body then repairs which is part of what creates muscle growth and strength growth, so post workout soreness is very common after resistance exercises. However, there are other factors that can help reduce this sensation. Post workout mobility like stretching or range of motion routines as well as good nutrition and hydration. Your body can only repair with the ingredients it has in it, so make sure you are well hydrated and getting adequate protein and necessary trace minerals for tissue repair. READ MORE

  • Wrist Injury

Thanks for the question, unfortunately it is tough to determine what the cause of the pain might be based on what you have told me. It sounds like something called a peripheral Nerve entrapment , which can be from the wrist being subluxated/dislocated or a muscle that was strained being stuck to it. Best advice is go get it evaluated, and the doctor can steer you the right way once they know what was injured. READ MORE
