Prior to opening Innovative Urgent Care in October 2024 she practiced cardiology at University Of Maryland Midtown Campus in Baltimore, MD where she specialized in diagnosing, monitoring, and treating diseases or conditions of the heart and blood vessels and the cardiovascular system. These conditions include hypertension, coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia, heart valve disease.

Prior to working in Cardiology she completed a post-graduate Physician Assistant Emergency Medicine Residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and continued to work in Emergency Medicine until she transitioned to inpatient and outpatient Cardiology. She has also provided medical care within a physical therapy practice, Innovative Physical Therapy. 

 

When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband Doug and their dog Roman.
