About

About me
Hello! I'm Meredith, a compassionate therapist specializing in Holistic Therapy with a focus on Mind-Body connection. I know life throws us curveballs, and I am here to help with Anxiety, Chronic Stress, Big Life Transitions, Financial Wellbeing, and Living as a Sensitive person in this world.

My educational journey is deeply rooted in the integration of mind and body wellness. With a Master of Arts in Somatic Counseling Psychology and Dance/Movement Therapy from Naropa University and certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I embrace a holistic approach to well-being.

My thirst for adventure in my 20's led me around the globe, from studying abroad in Spain, China, and Costa Rica to volunteering in diverse cultural settings. These experiences have broadened my perspective and allowed me to connect with people from various backgrounds.

Practice description
I work in private practice via telehealth. I support individuals who are navigating challenges with Chronic Stress, Anxiety, and Big Life Transitions. I support themes of financial wellbeing and recovery from long term health set-backs. My training includes in depth training in Somatics, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems - informed, Nervous System understanding, Polyvagal, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Treatment philosophy
I work with a trauma-informed collaborative approach.  I support clients to explore and discover their unique set of internal and external resources and supports in their lives.  I believe that the clients I work with are the experts in their own lives and my job is to support with uncovering whatever might be getting in the way of one's own innate capacity for health, wellness, and stability.
