About

Dr. Delayne Gratopp-Giguiere (Dr. G) is a specialist in Naturopathic, Integrative and Functional Medicine in the New England area.

Dr. G provides expert Integrative Medical Consulting to help bridge the gap between Natural and Western Medicine.

So many people use natural and alternative methods with their own research and don't share with their medical providers. This is a serious gap in medicine.

Dr. Gratopp-Giguiere (Dr. G) helps patients and their medical doctors navigate the world of natural and integrative medicine. She sheds light on nutritional and supplemental support for specific diagnosis and directs how to advocate for yourself if the diagnosis has not yet been found.
She works with medical providers and their patients to understand what is safe to use and add to their treatment plans.

  • Pain in my side

You should be evaluated for gallstones. You will need an appointment with your doctor. READ MORE

  • Sore Throat

You can do a sea salt rinse, one teaspoon of sea salt in warm water (as warm as needed to dissolve the salt) and then gargle with it. Use the whole cup, it will take down the swelling and dryness. Saline nasal spray can help with stuffy nose, that can be purchased at your local pharmacy. I recommend boosting your immune system with something like EmergenC or my favorite is Vitamin C Bio Fizz by Designs for Health. It is a very bio-available form of vitamin C. If you get more persistent symptoms or a high fever I recommend you see your doctor. READ MORE
