Sore Throat
You can do a sea salt rinse, one teaspoon of sea salt in warm water (as warm as needed to dissolve the salt) and then gargle with it. Use the whole cup, it will take down the swelling and dryness. Saline nasal spray can help with stuffy nose, that can be purchased at your local pharmacy. I recommend boosting your immune system with something like EmergenC or my favorite is Vitamin C Bio Fizz by Designs for Health. It is a very bio-available form of vitamin C.
