An esteemed interventional pain physician, Dr. Bloomfield works with patients at the Comprehensive Spine Institute with locations in St Petersburg, Sun City, and Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Bloomfield graduated with honors from the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he developed a solid foundation in medical sciences and patient care. His exceptional skills and scholarship earned him the Resident of the Year Award, the Outstanding House Officer Award, and the Resident Research Publication Award during his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for pain management, prompting him to pursue specialized fellowship training in Pain Medicine at the prestigious Duke University in North Carolina.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bloomfield has remained at the forefront of pain management, continually updating his skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care to his patients. He is proficient in the latest interventional procedures and medication management techniques, ensuring that he can offer a broad range of treatment options tailored to each individual's needs. Additionally, Dr. Bloomfield incorporates alternative therapies, including medical acupuncture, into his practice, recognizing the importance of a holistic approach to pain relief.

Professionally, he is an active member of the North American Neuromodulation Society, the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, and the World Academy of Pain Medicine United.
