Hello! My name is Claudine Destine. I am a Dual-Certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. With years of hands-on experience, I pride myself on my ability to connect with patients and their families, offering compassionate, evidence-based care.
I completed my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from Frontier Nursing University and a Master's degree in Nursing from William Paterson University, where I specialized as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Nursing from Northampton Community College.
Currently, I run Lerene Health, LLC, where I diagnose, treat, and manage adults experiencing mental health challenges.
Previously, I worked in various healthcare settings, ranging from primary care to urgent care and outpatient services. My roles included providing home visits, managing medications, conducting physical exams, and offering disease management education.
My goal is to provide holistic and comprehensive care, ensuring that each patient feels heard, understood, and well-cared for. Let's work together towards better health and well-being!
