About

Hello! I'm Oyinade Akhigbe, a dedicated Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Harbor City, CA. With over 7 years in family practice, chronic disease management, and urgent care, coupled with 11 years in emergency room nursing, my mission is to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to all my patients.

I specialize in managing both acute and chronic health conditions across all age groups. At Angeles Community Health Center, I support patients dealing with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, ensuring they get the holistic care they need. I believe in the power of listening, and I work hard to build trust and rapport with every patient.

From performing physical exams to diagnosing illnesses, my goal is always to promote wellness through education and preventive care. When I’m not in the clinic, I am continuously looking to learn and take on new challenges to better serve my community.

Your health and well-being are my priorities. Let’s work together towards a healthier, happier you!

Treatment philosophy:

We believe in treating the whole person not just the symptoms. This means addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and social aspects of health understanding that they are interconnected and all contribute to overall well-being.
