About

Dr. Naejeong Suh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Music Therapist-Board Certified (MT-BC) with a Doctor of Education in Music Therapy from the University of Georgia (UGA). She is also currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Cambridge College. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in delivering evidence-based and creative interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Currently, Dr. Suh serves as a BCBA at Reliant Healthcare Group, where she collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans. She works with seven clients, ages 4 to 18, utilizing a range of assessment tools, including ABAS-3, AFLS, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, and the Essential for Living Assessment, to develop tailored interventions. Additionally, she provides training and supervision to therapists and caregivers, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Her previous experience includes serving as a Board Certified Music Therapist at the Monarch School and Institute, where she employed Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT) and DIRFloortime to enhance clients' social, emotional, cognitive, and communication skills. Combining her expertise in both music therapy and behavior analysis, Dr. Suh is passionate about using music as a therapeutic tool to foster meaningful connections and promote growth.

Her professional mission is to advance the integration of music therapy and behavior analysis, contributing to the development of innovative, person-centered interventions that support the diverse needs and aspirations of the communities she serves.
