As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide a whole person approach to mental health. I will work with you to create a holistic, integrative plan that addresses both health and lifestyle factors to help you reach optimal mental wellness. I work with adults who are seeking professionally guided and scientifically based help for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma.
