With nine years of overall experience and five years specializing in mental health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals of all ages in managing their mental and physical health. My areas of expertise include Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Personality Disorders, Trauma, Tic Disorders, and Adjustment Disorders.
