About

About me
With over 16 years of experience in healthcare, I am a dedicated Functional Medicine and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to helping individuals achieve their best health. I take a holistic approach to care, treating each client as a unique individual and using both functional and conventional testing to guide personalized treatment plans.

My extensive training in functional medicine, family practice, and psychiatric care enables me to address a variety of health conditions and mental disorders. By examining your habits, medications, and health status, I focus on nutrition and lifestyle changes to optimize your well-being. While I do prescribe medications, I do not prescribe controlled substances or lithium.

As a passionate healthcare provider, I am here to support you in your journey towards better health. Reach out for a free 15-minute discovery call today.

Practice description
Here you will be heard. This starts with in-depth questionnaires and an hour-long visit where I listen to your story. If testing is indicated, I’ll order it. In addition to standard labs, I also use specialized tests your primary care provider doesn’t. These include heavy metal and mold tests, intracellular micronutrient level analyses, organic acid tests, cortisol awakening response, and food sensitivity screenings. Together we create a game plan.

Treatment philosophy
As Functional-Medicine-based mental health provider, I want to help you feel better by treating the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. I use supplements, lifestyle, and diet, with functional and conventional tests guiding the treatment plan.
