Supporting Students Through Comprehensive Psychological Services in Public Schools

Kylah Pollard, an accomplished school psychologist, is on a mission to empower students within the public school system, addressing their academic, emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. With a solid educational background and a passion for helping students with mental health disorders, she is making a significant impact in the lives of children and their families throughout Georgia.

Academically, Kylah obtained her Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from the University of Georgia in 2022, following her Master’s degree in School Psychology from the same institution, which she completed in 2021. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, earned in 2017. Her extensive training equips her with the skills necessary to evaluate students for Special Education Services, consult with teachers and parents, and provide immediate support to students in crisis.

As a School Psychologist, she specializes in numerous areas, including Special Education, Response to Intervention (RTI), Crisis Response, and Counseling. Her expertise extends to working with students with disabilities and implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS) to ensure that every child receives the individualized care they need to thrive academically and socially.

In addition to her educational qualifications, Kylah is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of School Psychologists, the Georgia Association of School Psychologists, and the Professional Association of Georgia Educators. 

Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys spending time at the beach and visiting Disney World, where she finds inspiration and relaxation. An avid Alabama football fan, she also enjoys painting and embracing the joys of farm life.
