What do you attribute your success to?
- The ability to communicate objectively and empathetically with patients in order to maximize the collaborative effect of medical treatment. I believe it is important for a patient to understand in the most laymans term a medical condition or injury and the expectation for recovery. Success in medicine is dependent on too many factors, and ultimately we serve as medical educators to our patients and community in order to assist in their overall well-being. Maintaining an effective and balanced life-style overall will be the main factor in our outcome, whether is for medical, psychological, or emotional matters.
