About

About me
Hello, I'm Elizabeth. I am dual certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. This dual specialty gives me knowledge and perspective on both mental and physical health, allowing me to approach your mental health treatment while keeping your physical well-being in mind. I'm committed to patient education and apply a compassionate, patient-centered approach while following evidence-based interventions, holistic care, healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and preventive medicine.

I offer exclusively Telehealth services, allowing me to reach patients in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts for psychiatric evaluations and medication management. I specialize in treatment of depression, anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, bipolar, OCD, and ADHD. I will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that has realistic and attainable goals. If you are ready to work on your mental health, to improve your life, and become more self aware, I can help you make this change.

*Please note that I do not prescribe controlled medications including benzodiazepines (some examples include Ativan and Klonapin). I do not treat severe mental illness, developmental disorders, or substance use disorders.

I'm here to support your journey to better health with professional and empathetic care. Let's work together to achieve your wellness goals.

Treatment philosophy
We all have busy lives and it is okay to take time to take care of yourself. If you are ready to work on your mental health, to improve your life, and become more self aware, I can help you make this change. Please schedule a time to meet by going to my website.
