Hi, I'm Isabel C. Zapata, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for mental wellness. I have extensive experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health issues. My approach is to build caring relationships with my patients and provide personalized care that meets their unique needs.

I specialize in creating individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, and using proven methods to help my patients feel better. I believe in holistic care and continuously strive to improve patient outcomes by working closely with other healthcare professionals.

My past experience includes working as a Virtual RN, providing remote clinical and mental health assessments, and coordinating care for patients. I have a strong background in delivering age-specific and culturally sensitive care.

I am certified and licensed across several states and hold certifications in Basic Life Support and Medical-Surgical Nursing. I speak both English and Spanish and am dedicated to making mental health support accessible for all.
