I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with extensive expertise in treating a variety of mental health disorders using holistic and evidence-based protocols. Dedicated to personalized care, I blend traditional psychiatric approaches with holistic treatments, tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each patient.

 

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, ADHD, insomnia and adjustment disorders for ages 13 years and above. I combine medication management with lifestyle modifications.

 

As a member of different professional organizations , I stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health treatment. I am committed to creating a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free environment for all patients, helping them navigate their mental health journey with care and understanding.
