Hello, I’m Ashley Collins. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I offer holistic mental health care for children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My approach combines therapy, lifestyle changes, and nutrition to foster resilience and help each child face challenges with strength. I am especially experienced in supporting children affected by trauma and working with military families navigating the stresses of military life. My care philosophy is rooted in finding and addressing the root causes, not just managing symptoms, and I use parent coaching, nutraceuticals, and metabolic health assessments to support lasting well-being. As a mother of two with personal experience in anxiety and ADHD, I understand the complexities families face. Traditional psychiatry often focuses narrowly on managing symptoms, while I integrate nutrition, lifestyle, and therapeutic interventions to uncover and treat root causes. This approach fosters resilience and a healthier mind and body, reducing the need for medication where possible. My goal is to build lasting well-being through individualized, compassionate care.
