With a foundational education from the University of Texas at Tyler and specialized training in integrative psychiatry from the Dream Practice Academy, my approach combines over 14 years of healthcare experience across diverse settings—from emergency rooms to intensive care units to small practices.

My personal journey into mental health was not a straightforward path. The early loss of my father, a significant car accident, and navigating life changes have all deeply influenced my empathy and understanding. These experiences fostered my intuitive connection with patients facing their own struggles, guiding me into a career that blends scientific rigor with heartfelt care. Together, we can achieve better mental health and well-being.

Colleagues and patients alike describe me as intuitive, wise, and energetically compassionate. This reflects in my practice where I prioritize a holistic, patient-centered approach, embracing the unique challenges and strengths of each individual.
