I believe in a patient-centered approach to mental health care. Every individual is unique, and I strive to understand their specific needs and goals. By actively listening and engaging with my patients, I create a safe and supportive environment where they feel heard and respected. My core values include compassion, empowerment, and collaboration. Utilizing my training in therapies like DBT and meditation, I tailor treatment plans that promote healing and growth.
