Born and raised in Bucaramanga, Colombia, Dr. Suarez’s passion for medicine began at a young age, inspired by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, particularly the elderly. “I believe it is crucial to help seniors maintain their health and independence so they can continue to enjoy life with their families and pursue their passions,” Dr. Suarez stated.
Dr. Suarez earned her Medical Degree from the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia. She further honed her skills by completing an internal medicine residency at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., followed by a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Boston Medical Center. Her dedication to education is evident as she has also completed a Certificate Degree in Clinical Research Training at Harvard Medical School.
