Still University, and I further honed my skills through specialized training in adult psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I have additional training in Integrative Psychiatry and Nutritional Psychiatry, in addition to a broad range of extensive experience treating adults in various clinical settings. Outside of work, I enjoy Muay Thai, hiking and hanging out with my pet boxer, and learning about history and Stoic philosophy. I've been practicing Zen style meditation for approximately two decades.
