Hello, my name is Michelle Thomas, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC. I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing comprehensive, personalized care to individuals of all ages. I specialize in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, and chronic stress-related complaints such as insomnia.

I believe in the power of evidence-based Integrative Psychiatry and Functional Medicine, incorporating strategies such as lifestyle modifications, gut-brain health education, natural supplementation, and hormone optimization to improve mental health outcomes.
