Concurrently, in 2008, Dr. Mulligan undertook a postdoctoral fellowship in emergency medicine administration and management at Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. His dedication to further specialization led him to a postdoctoral fellowship in sports and exercise medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland in Dublin in 2018.
Throughout his career, Dr. Mulligan has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
