“My health philosophy is to consider the human body as an extremely complex work of science. I believe in the power of the brain as director of the body’s functions, particularly the immune system. I believe that the immune system is the biological soul of the body, and essential to its well being. I believe that there is an integral relationship between the spirit, body, and brain. Physical activity like yoga, mediation, and exercise is essential for the good health of the individual. If one wants to live beyond age 100, it is essential to eat well, have a great sense of spirituality, and be physically active.”
